Founded and inspired by Belinda Howard-Rogers to assure that young people’s voice is heard when experiencing uncontrolled life challenges with support integrity, and dignity to stand firm on the promises of God. Created in 2004 dedicated and organized to reaching and mentoring young men while advocating and helping them to understand purpose, provision, and prosperity. What About US, LLC is an organization shifting the stereotypes of all young men identifying their needs assisting and providing them with the tools they need to face life challenges.

These young men will obtain and gain the ability to identify and explore their individual gifts, talents, and purpose in life. Empowering and supporting young men with the willingness and ambition to achieve individual goals while illuminating and restoring lives through encouragement and motivation to make a difference in the community while becoming their best selves. The young men of this organization will be uplifted and encouraged, positive role models for the generation to come, and practice behavior management skills that exemplify respect, dignity, and purpose in life through mentorship, building positive relationships, and become a positive impact on others around them.

My family who inspired my motivation to move forward in the community are my mother Joyce Ann Howard, father Fredrick Lee Mixon, my husband Darrell Lamont Sr., my daughters Kenyata Rogers, Kensierrah Rogers and Danyell Rogers, my sons Darrell Jr, and Darren Rogers, my granddaughter Serenity, and two grandsons Syncere and DeVell, my brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, students, and young men and women all around the world.
