**All attendees of the program must be respectful of themselves and others and understand the importance of empathy while being supportive of each other. All individuals attending the program must be able to communicate with staff about concerns and or conflicts or disagreements making sure that all adhere to a non-violent and drug-free environment. Participants must participate in Annual Black-Tie Affair, meet weekly on specified dates, and communicate in advance when an individual will not attend for valid reasons this will be on an individual basis, and must volunteer 8 hours a month or 2 hours per week in the community engagements, and attend group activities on the following topics cognitive-emotional support, mental health awareness, healthy relationships, social-emotional awareness, etiquettes, employment readiness, and non-violence awareness activities.
